"The Air Cadets presents many flying opportunities. From basic blue wings to pilot and gliding scholarships. My first flying opportunity allowed me to be in the air for 30 minutes. I even got to fly the plane for roughly 10-15 minutes, the pilot told me all about the plane and its instruments. After my flying experience I went to do a PTT course where I had some ground school lessons and then some time in a flight simulator where the instructor told me everything I needed to know."
